The following is from the Police Blotter of the Chapel Hill (NC) Herald: Police charged Joaquin Alberto Munoz-Toxqul, 39, of 4222 Lumley Road, Durham at 3:07 p.m. Sunday on Graham Street at Whitaker Street, according to a Chapel Hill police report. The suspect had stopped his car near a police patrol car, gotten out and asked the police officer if there were any warrants out on him. That�s when the officer said he smelled alcohol on the suspect, according to the report. The suspect said he had had three beers. After administering field sobriety tests, the officer charged him with DWI. The suspect was released under a written promise to appear in court.
